The rate is set westwards in the valley to some caves that are interesting to peep out, before bearing down against Teig Lake.

On route to Lamlitinden under Taskaret, in flatura around 100 meters west northwest of Kulivatnet (295 m), lies the very elaborate Ørnfangarhula, so well camouflaged that even the most attentive hostel can step on it without knowing what he has under his feet.

It was early in the 20th century that ørnefangeren Oluf Ellingsen could lie here with their bait. Once the eagle swooped down to meat, he pulled it to him, grabbed around the legs of the eagle, tied them together and put the eagle in a sack. Ellingsen was trying to make a living by capturing and display of live eagles, but had to give up after a short time.
