Petter Michael Hovland
On Leines in Steigen find Kråktindan at 1,045 meters. This is a very nice trip that gives good views Brennviksanden, one of Norway's finest sandy beaches. The ride is approximately 10.4 km.
From parking as described under "Arrival", follow a well-visible trail that runs into the woods. It starts slaughtering and gets steeper after a short time. Follow the path up the tray and the vessel Botn. In Skar Botn find Skarbua. Here it is nice to take a breather before continuing toward the ridge against Kråktindan. From Skarbua there is no clearly visible trail further up the ridge.
Up on the ridge you go against the highest point. When you follow the ridge you reach a steep rock where, for some with a fear of heights can be uncomfortable to wear when you have to go to the edge. Adjacent the top goes almost right up to a plateau. Here you need to find what they call chimney. This is a crack that is used to reach the top. Here you have to climb / climb. On the plateau, go against the big boulevard that is on top.
