On Moskenesøya, in Lofoten there is a wealth of hiking opportunities. A highlight, literally Hermannsdalstinden. With its 1,029 meters above sea level is the highest mountain in Western Lofoten.
A good starting point is Munkebu (see tour description there) follow trail down to Lamheia. Follow the path to point 413. From there, follow the ridge between Krokvatnet and Kindle lake Clause. 448. From the section. 448 down to Krokvatnet and up to the back between sections. 536 and 650. Furthermore, up to the top, some climbing on top. The route back is the same road. NB! Go right up to the rock wall before turning down to Lamheia. Furthermore, see Munkebuturen.
