On Moskenesøya, in Lofoten, there is a wealth of hiking opportunities. Several of the tours go to the bays on the outer side of the island with close contact with the ocean.
Start from Medvollen, 1.5 km NW of Fredvang south on the west side of Børa, south of section. 290, past Forsvatnet and down to Kvalvika. It can be selected one of two routes: a. Over Skor to Torsfjordenb. Past Kuhella - (chain aligned in the rocks, can be difficult to pass at storflo and storms) - past Kvalvik lake, Ågot lake and Markavatnet, then down to Litlekrystad.
The trip takes from 4-6 hours and runs mostly clear path which is partly T brand.
